The BNF extraction utility processes the AdqlStoX.jjt file and extracts special comments within
the file to compose a set of BNF diagrams which describes ADQL. Currently the utility can be run
in two modes.
BNF for the projected ADQL v2.0 Standard
BNF for the aspects of the ADQL v2.0 Standard supported by AstroGrid
